Also when eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables as part of an overall healthy diet may protect against certain cancers, such as mouth, stomach, and colon-rectum cancer. Eating a fruit diet may decrease the risk of getting coronary heart disease. Fourth, Eating fruits and vegetables rich in potassium as part of an overall healthy diet may reduce the risk of developing kidney stones and may help to decrease bone loss. Lastly, eating foods such as fruits that are low in calories per cup instead of some other higher-calorie food may be useful in helping to lower calorie intake. Everybody asks how this food is, but nobody asks what is in the food. For example, in recent days I have been studying a cheetos bag and found something that will drop people’s mouths. An ingredient is riboflavin, which can be found in many medicines! Riboflavin is combined with nucleotides and flavoprotein enzymes which are in the liver. I am sure you didn’t know that you are eating a food that can be found in your BODY!!! Next time maybe next time you might think of the things you put in your body, even though they are tasty, they are not healthy. I think all of us are better off eating healthy stuff that we know what it is than eating something unhealthy and something that is made out of everyday things.
